1. Agreement

By creating an account, installing Kalua Guard, or using our website and APIs, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Kalua Guard is a parental monitoring platform for Android devices. Features include (subject to plan): live screen/camera viewing, location tracking, geofencing, app controls, alerts, remote lock, and a web dashboard. One APK supports both parent and child roles.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must be the legal guardian of the minor being monitored, or have written legal authority.
Monitoring spouses, employees, or adults without explicit informed consent is strictly prohibited.
You must comply with all local laws regarding surveillance and consent.

4. Acceptable Use

Use only on devices you own or are legally authorized to monitor.
Do not share pairing codes, resell access, or circumvent plan limits.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, attack, or overload our servers.
Do not use the Service for harassment, stalking, or illegal activity.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Features are limited by your active plan (Basic, Standard, Premium). Expired or unpaid accounts may lose monitoring features. Prices and limits are shown at checkout and in the admin-configured plan settings. Refunds are handled per our refund policy communicated at purchase.

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, pairing codes, and any data exported from the dashboard. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Data retention depends on your plan. You may request account deletion through support or the dashboard where available.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, real-time accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Mobile OS updates, manufacturer restrictions, or network issues may affect features (e.g. live screen on newer Android versions).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalua Guard and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of the Service, including actions taken by account holders.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our abuse policies. Admin decisions on policy violations are final. You may stop using the Service and request deletion at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. The latest version is always on this page. Material changes take effect when posted unless otherwise stated.

12. Governing Law & Contact
